Second workshop took place on November 26-28, 1999 in Likani, Georgia. The workshop brought together twenty six women from grass-roots organizations in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Chechnya and trainers from Poland, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and the United States.
